Jonathan William Macklem

Jon's litigation experience is diverse. He specializes in business and commercial matters, director and officer liability, labor and employment matters under all federal and state employment laws, trade secret litigation, and privacy/data breach litigation. Jon's litigation experience has spanned across the Southeastern United States with his primary focus in federal and state courts in Alabama and Mississippi.

Jon serves as outside counsel for a number of the firm's clients where he provides day-to-day advice on employment and contractual issues. In addition, Jon works with entrepreneurs in setting up their companies and assisting them in growing their businesses.
