Jennifer Kathryn Wales

Jennifer Wales, a Birmingham native, has built a distinguished legal career with a focus on international and domestic law. She graduated from Huntingdon College in 2001 and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2004, where she also received a Certificate in International Law. During her studies, Jennifer participated in international law programs in Vienna, Budapest, Prague, and Dublin, and contributed to the textbook International Trade and Business: Law, Policy and Ethics with a chapter on European Contract Law and lex mercatoria.

In 2005, Jennifer completed her LL.M. in International Trade and Regulation and European Union Law at Trinity College, Dublin. Returning to Birmingham, she was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2006 and joined Beddow, Erben, Bowen & Wales, P.A. as of counsel in January 2007.

Jennifer’s professional affiliations include the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, and American Bar Association. Her extensive international education and legal acumen bring a unique perspective to the firm, enabling her to provide exceptional service to clients navigating complex legal challenges.
