Brandon Taylor Walker

I'm a Partner at Hartman Springfield, based in Vestavia Hills, Alabama, where I represent businesses, insurers, and individuals.

My practice centers on corporate direct corporate retention for contractual and liability matters, insurance defense and coverage, representation of employers and insurers in workers' compensation matters, and I take on commercial civil litigation ranging from UCC breach-of-contract disputes to construction defect litigation. My practice involves the defense of corporate clients across all states, primarily in the arena of product liability defense, in addition to my work in Alabama. On the transactional side, I draft and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements and help clients navigate regulatory compliance including FAA certification work for aviation operators and FAA compliance/enforcement matters. 

Outside the office, I'm a general aviation pilot flying a Beechcraft A36 Bonanza.  That background gives me a practical, technical fluency that's proven useful in aviation regulatory, enforcement, and certification matters.
