William Casey Duncan

Casey handled a probation violation for our family that had been on Shelby County's books for several years. Since Casey was the public defender on the original case, we reached back out to Casey to get this issue resolved since the family member involved had turned their life around and was wanting... to remove the cloud that was following them around. Casey worked with the DA, and the Judge to demonstrate the change in the family member. Once the outstanding fines were paid, Casey was able to get the warrant lifted, the probation terminated which completely removed this issue from the family member's life.
