Extensive experience in debt relief work for debtors. Over 11 years of practice as lead counsel for bankruptcy petitions filed on behalf of debtors for Chapter 7 & Chapter 13 filings. Additionally, Mr. Richardson has assisted dozens of clients with Debt Settlement Resolution; negotiation to resolve an unsecured loan, credit line or student loan. Mr. Richardson has assisted clients for over 13 years with misdemeanor and Traffic Court representation. DUI, Speeding, Reckless Driving and various moving violations ticket/citation proceedings. A large portion of Mr. Richardson's felony criminal practice has been in regards to drug possession defense cases.
