Petitioner and Appellant St. Ives appealed the probate court's orders granting, in part, her petition for substituted judgment pursuant to Probate Code section 2580 et seq. In her petition, St. Ives so ... ught payments of $10,000 per month from her brother Rosenthal, the conservator of the estate of her mother, the conservatee. The probate court granted the petition but limited the payments to $8,000 a month for four months, $6,000 per month for two months, and then $4,000 per month thereafter. The question on appeal was whether the probate court abused its discretion making such ruling. Adam Streltzer represented respondent Rosenthal.
