Replied last January 06, 2017I sympathize with the reviewer’s unsatisfied disposition. He disputes the fees charged for the services rendered to him, and for which at the time he appeared satisfied. The complaint about grammatical errors in rough, working drafts was addressed by correcting the errors as well as by providing an explanation for how such drafts are produced, the purpose of the client drafts in rough form, and offering to credit all paralegal fees charged. Unfortunately, this has not satisfied the reviewer. But despite this, my firm adequately represented this individual in preparing the documents he retained us to draft. For over 40 years, my law firm has prided itself on providing exceptional service to its clients, and has worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible result to the greatest extent legally and ethically possible. This is reflected in our outstanding and distinguished reputation among judges, colleagues, and former clients. The simple reality, which all lawyers face, is that some clients will never be happy or satisfied no matter how their matter or particular complaint is resolved.
