About Robert
Biography
Mr. Summers received both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida. He is a Florida Bar Certified Real Estate Lawyer and practices in the area of Real Estate and Real Estate Litigation including Mortgage Law. His expertise includes all aspects of commercial loans, representing both Borrowers and Lenders, as well as both commercial and residential closings, leases, contracts, and title insurance. His area of expertise also includes complex litigation dealing with any of these issues, as well as boundary disputes, surveys, easements, construction liens, partition, and quiet title actions.
He is a member of the Martin County and American Bar Associations, and The Florida Bar. Mr. Summers has a distinguished record of community service having served on the Board of Directors of several local organizations, including the Stuart/Martin County Chamber of Commerce, the American Cancer Society, and the Leadership of Martin County Planning Board. In addition, he is former President of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Martin County, and former Chair of the Martin County March of Dimes WalkAmerica Committee. Mr. Summers is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and has had the distinction of being named nationally as a “Super Lawyer” on multiple occasions. His law firm has been named among the top ranked law firms nationally by Martindale-Hubbell.
