 I have been referred to as the attorney 'who wins unwinnable cases'.  Celebrating 43 years practicing law I work hard for my clients trust.

I am an attorney whom has dedicated his legal practice to defending and helping the underdog; those who are victims of negligent actions of others, or  have been falsely accused of wrongdoing, or whose share of an estate has been stolen or plundered.

    I started my legal career as a prosecutor in metropolitan Detroit. I left Michigan to accept a position as a prosecutor for the State of Florida on the Treasure Coast. As a prosecutor I handled a wide variety of cases from drug crimes, to white collar frauds, theft cases to murder cases.  I developed my skills  as a trial attorney, and can proudly say that in my four years as a prosecutor I never lost a felony trial.

   I left the prosecutor's office  to open my own office in Stuart Florida in 1982. Since then my legal practice has involved representing individuals in a wide range of cases across America, Civil to Criminal; from Hawaii to South Carolina- Arizona to New Hampshire. My practice includes representation in both State and Federal courts.

   My practice focus is Criminal, Injury and Probate litigation cases. All three areas are ones I have a passion for. I have proven that a skilled trial attorney can make the difference in the outcome of the case. I would be happy to talk with you; call me.
