Kip A Davis

Kip A. Davis received his undergraduate degree in accounting with honors from Florida Atlantic University in 1994 and his law degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1998. While at Stetson College of Law, Mr. Davis served as a member of Law Review.

Mr. Davis is admitted to practice law in Florida’s state courts and the Middle, Northern, and Southern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Davis focuses his practice in the areas of commercial Litigation, General Civil Litigation, Land use Litigation, Class Action Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Foreclosure Matters, and Contract Disputes.  He is also familiar with Personal Injury and Workers Compensation matters.

Mr. Davis is a member of the Martin County Bar association and local civic organizations. He is a board member of the Martin County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board and the Palm City Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Davis is married to his high school sweetheart and have 3 beautiful children together.
