Great experience with Tony!!

We worked with Tony on the closing of our home in Palm City. Tony was always professional and cordial in our interactions. Although Tony was retained by the buyers he was always responsive and timely to our questions and requests. We will work with Tony and this law firm in future endeavors. Real Estate Attorney

Tony Lavargna is the real estate attorney our broker uses for handling the sale of our home of 32 years. We had several situations in which Tony's expert and sound advice, in particular a very peculiar appraisal, helped us navigate the information at hand and what our next step should be. Very pleased!

Tony handled a real estate closing for me. His communication from the beginning was wonderful as he explained what to expect throughout the process. He was also very accommodating as this took place as I was moving out of the area and in the middle of the holiday season.

Professional and superior service

Tony, provided me with all I needed to close on my house. Through all the obstacles, Tony was my sounding board and assisted me through all hoops I had to jump through. His communication is stellar.
