Incompetent, back room attorney

Mr. Beauchamp, caused me to lose all of my personal injury settlement because of his, and his staffs negligence. Mr. Beauchamp was suspended 2011 and Public reprimand in 2006, both due to misconduct. He was in sales prior to passing the bar, and has practiced in different types of law. He has now ch...osen Bankruptcy, AND, only Chapter 7's. He keeps changing what type of law he practices. If I would have only done a background on him first, none of this would have happened. He has no idea about the bankruptcy laws in depth. If he had, he would have never filed a Chapter 7, knowing I had a pending personal injury case. A case that I had told him about from the beginning. I was made responsible for Mr. Beauchamp's incompetency by the courts. Mr. Beauchamp deceived the courts and myself by not filing the proper documents and not taking the proper legal actions. He was found guilty of the exact same issues in the two prior misconduct cases, as he has done to me. It is because of him; I now have a Chapter 7 on my record, lost my settlement money. While he walks away from the nightmare he caused, with no remorse what so ever.
