I prepare wills and trusts, and amendments thereto, and handle the administration and probate of estates. I seek to complete administration of an estate as quickly as is possible under the circumstances of the case, generally 6 months to a year, in most cases. some take much longer.

I incorporate businesses and handle almost all matters that can come before a corporation. I advise boards of directors and handle litigation.

All issues involved in landlord-tenant matters are dealt with in my practice, from negotiation to drafting leases, to enforcement, to eviction and defense.
