It has been my pleasure to know you and your co-workers. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the time and effort you put into helping me with all the nonsense that I have had to bother you with in regard to this trust and Mr. Bill. I wish you and your family all the best that life has t...o offer and I will never forget the professionalism you have given me in the past. If I ever get back to PSL I will bop in to say hello. I am going to miss being able to rely on you when I am confused. Tell Mr. Kulas that he has the best of the best in you and I hope he appreciates it. Also just for the records all trust attorneys do not give the quality of service your firm does. I know this through experience because I have just royally pissed off one of the biggest firms in Hartford, CT. and he really didn't appreciate me telling him he should take lessons from Mr. Kulas on how to deal with people. I was very satisfied over several meetings with Robert Kulas and his staff as we amended my “Living Trust”. Mr. Kulas had done the original Trust several years ago and because of family changes and typical updating requirements with regard to beneficiaries,several provisions needed to be revised.
