Was appointed ms ross by the state and from day one she had poor attitude and lacked communication she will give you the run around when it comes to getting information regarding your case and will belittle for not knowing how the legal process works if you want private state attorney thats looking t...o send you to jail hire her but if your looking reputable council look elsewhere because she's not it

We tried to contact her several times after she had a meeting with the judge to ask about how to proceed with our case, her voicemail box is always full. She yelled at me and a family friend several times in person and over the phone when I tried to ask some questions to clarify what was happening an...d how to proceed. She belittles people for not understanding law terminology and will not explain anything that is happening in the process. She only cares about the money and was happy to take it but completly unhelpful when we tried to ask what was happening, if you want a lawyer who cares at all what happens to your loved ones dont use her!

I had 2 cases in 2 county’s. Paid Ms. Ross a flat fee and expressed that I wanted to take both to trial. She never did a deposition and was secretive with my own files when I wanted to see what information she had. When I did see anything she had it was a bunch of scribbled notes on the back of th...e folder. Very condescending. On the day of trial she told me to take s look at the jury, they were going to cinvict me. I told her that I still wanted to go to trial, she told me that it would be another $500. I told her she was paid in full but she informed me that since the court house was 75 miles away from her office that she would need the money for a hotel instead of driving back and forth. Subsequently I didn’t have the trial (hotel) money and had to plead out to something that I could have won. The case is in appeals court as I type this review.
