Roy Thomas Mildner

When I retained Mr. Mildner, I thought to myself, this man seems to be experienced and well acquainted in the legal arena. However, shortly after retaining him and submitting all of my original documents to him. Mr. Mildner informed me he had lost one of my complete files and was unable to move forw...ard on this important case. After many years of involvement on another case of mine, Mr. Mildner did get a judgement against another party. However, it took approximately 5 years and many calls and visits and messages to do anything on this case. In fact to this day, He has not attempted to collect or file anything on my behalf. He fails to return phone calls, also tells you he will do this or that, but rarely produces.
