Stephen deHart Schwarz II

Hello, My name is Steve Schwarz and I own the only 100% mobile law firm in Central Florida. I have called Florida my home for almost 47 years. I grew up in Port Charlotte, a small town on the southwest coast of Florida. I graduated high school and junior college in Charlotte County before enlisting in the US Army as an Armor Crewman. During my time in the Army, I was deployed to Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait as part of Operation Desert Storm. Upon my return from overseas, I came home to Florida and attended the University of South Florida, earning my bachelors degree in criminology. After college, I went to law school at Stetson University College of Law. Upon my graduation and passing of the Florida Bar, I started work as an Assistant State Attorney for the 20th judicial circuit of Florida. 

I ultimately spent 10 years as an assistant state attorney, prosecuting crimes from DUI to Murder. I left the State Attorney's office to join my father in his firm practicing Wills, Trusts, Estate, and Probate. I learned a tremendous from him and upon his retirement, I took over the firm with a new partner. Around 2012 I made the decision to move to Central Florida. I was getting remarried and my wife and I needed a more central location for her work. I sold my practice and moved her to Central Florida. I took my time deciding what path I wanted to take, finally deciding that a mobile estate planning law office would be a unique and needed addition to the Central Florida area. It would give me the flexibility to work with my clients directly while giving them better service by taking away the hassle of driving to visit an attorney. I hope I can be of service to you.
