Kelsey is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on representing clients in both residential and commercial construction matters throughout the State of Florida. She assists clients in litigating construction defect claims, payment disputes, lien claims, insurance claims and other construction industry disputes.
Kelsey began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney where she prosecuted thousands of cases and conducted jury trials in Orange, Osceola, and Lake counties for offenses ranging from first degree murder to sexual battery and beyond. Prior to joining The Grosshans Group, Kelsey was a trial attorney for the largest personal injury law firm in the country. She has worked on thousands of cases from inception to conclusion and has presented before juries in both State and Federal courts.
Kelsey’s extensive courtroom experience gives her an intimate understanding of the varying stages of a case’s life cycle which allows her to thoroughly and successfully represent her clients.
