Ms.Fernandez, is Awesome. I was extradited to Florida on a V.O.P. warrant from Washington State in March 2024. I was sentenced in 2010 for Trafficking Oxycodone over 28 grams under 30 kilo grams, I was sentenced to 9 years D.O.C. followed by 5 yrs probation. And I only had 2-1/2 years left on probat...ion when the warrant was issued in '21. However when I got to Osceola county jail in March this year 2024. The State Prosecutor was trying to give me 15 years. But Ms. Fernandez my legal counsel.. told me to just hold off. So we waited 10 Months. Went to court on December 5th 2024 and got fantastic News. Admit guilt of the Violation of Probation, and receive 9 yrs D.O.C credit for time served, w/ 351 days served in the county jail , Revoke&Terminate Probation. Now I'm back home in Washington with my family. With no probation. I'm finally free man. Thank you Ms. Fernandez so much for your help. You Rock Woman.
