Wife had stroke on 5-8-16, taken to Osceola regional hospital, she was being discharged on my care, I was taking her home, on 5- 16- 16 a rookie nurse while inserting a feeding tube thru her nose punctured her lung and the lung collapsed, confirmed by an MRI, the technician told me. She couldn't brea...the, died the next day. A few days later I got her medical records from the hospital, and the fire department. Tried to get a lawyer, including from avvo, they all said it was to expensive to take to court. Finally I saw lawyer Vega's add, called him, told to bring the records to him so he could make copies, went to his office the next day, the secretary saw the big box of records, over 1200 pages, couldn't make the copies right away due to the high volume of pages, she went into Lawyer Vega's office with the box, when she came back she told me that as soon as the copies are made, lawyer Vega would call me, to pick up the originals. Weeks passed, no call, so I called, lawyer Vega told me on the phone, that my wife's records had gotten lost in his office, how? no explanation, his office is not that big but very neat and everything in it's place, those records are very heavy and easy to notice in an office like his, no matter where he put them. I waited a few more weeks, then I called again, now this time, he claims THAT I never took any record's to his office, wasn't expecting that one. I have called many times, still the same, never took any records to his office. I would like to know what his game is, does he works for that hospital and is protecting them? Or does he has some kind of mental lapse? One of his lawyers got me a three months extension after the two years cut off date to sue, 29 days left and still lawyer Vega hasn't produced my wife's medical records. I got the impression that lawyer Vega is very irresponsible and not very good at what he does, very uncaring about the pain he's causing my family...I wouldn't recommend this lawyer to my cat!k...

Attorney Vega was extremely beneficial to have on my side when I was facing my 2nd DUI charge.
