Nancy McClintic

Nancy McClintic is such a good lawyer. It was my own fault but I did get into legal trouble. They assigned me a public defender. I wanted a paid lawyer so I asked the public defender who she would hire and she said Nancy McClintic. The prosecutor would not come off the charge so there was no plea... deal. Miss Nancy said she wanted to take my case to trial. I was SCARED TO DETH but Miss Nancy was so good in the courtroom. When the jury said NOT GUILTY I broke down in tears. I owe her my life. I thank God for sending her to me.

I retained Ms. McClintic for my boyfriend on the advice of a good friend who had used her. My boyfriend was an idiot and chose to do something he absolutely should not have done, and he, like a moron, got caught. There were several eyewitnesses and a lot of evidence against him. Ms. McClintic didn...'t try to sugar coat anything and made it clear that the best case scenario would be probation. Due to the severity of the charges, my boyfriend wasn't allowed bond. Ms. McClintic kept me informed all the way and was able to work out a deal that was only probation. The prosecutor REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted prison time but Ms. McClintic convinced him to let the judge make the final determination. I don't think anyone else, even the super high dollar lawyers, could have done what she did. She was amazing. My only wish was that she would take payments.
