The nature of my case, was a very complicated multi jurisdictional child support and custody case, which had become a mess during a transition between the State of Florida and Rhode Island. During the t...ransition, paperwork had been filed incorrectly, resulting in the manifestation of a 40,000.00 child support arrearage on my child support account. This destroyed not only my credit, but also created a false perception with regard to my moral character. John dove right into the case and had it handled efficiently, and effectively. Within a short period of time the appropriate paperwork was drawn up, sent to me for review. Upon approval the appropriate paperwork was immediately filed with the courts to be review by a Judge. Due to John’s intimate attention to detail, broad knowledge and experience; this mess was resolved without even stepping foot in a courtroom. I can’t say enough positive things about John. How often does someone say that about their lawyer? I’ve used him for 3 years & counting for a ridiculously complex case & have never been let down.
