Steven Italo Battisti

Steven I. Battisti graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 1997 with his Juris Doctor degree.  Soon after graduation, Steve worked as an insurance defense attorney for GEICO.  This experience handling all aspects of insurance claims, from personal injury to property damage, is what gives Steve his expert level of legal services.

Steve attended Jacksonville University for his undergraduate education, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Economics.  Before continuing his education at the University of Miami School of Law, Steve worked as a claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company, where he spent over seven years handling all aspects of insurance claims.  This offered him experience from the inside, which he uses now to successfully litigate against insurance companies.

Steve is currently a Member of:

• U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida
