Antonio Giovonnie Martin

Due to a conflict of interest our regular attorney couldn't defend a particular eviction case and we first picked a really bad one that needed to be replaced and so we selected Antonio based on the reviews find in here to take over. We do over 20 evictions/year so we know what to expect from a good r...eal estate attorney and we have not been satisfied by Antonio regarding his reliability on his fee that change between when we agree in person and when we receive the invoice. Also he came not prepared at the mediation and I had to do the calculations as he didn't even know how much we were asking. And even if he did not do much on the case he wanted another fee after the mediation higher than what we usually paying for a full eviction process including court costs. We also gave him an employee contract to do and again we received an invoice higher than the price agreed in person. We paid for the contract but we never used it because there is 2 specifics that we requested and Antonio mixed them up together and few emails later we still don't have a completed contract. We gave him 2 jobs, unfinished business that need to be done again. Not recommended for a professional looking for reliability and peace of mind.

Mr. Martin reviews and approves contracts for our business. He always gets the reviews done in a timely and professional manner. He keeps me up to date with FL statutes and laws pertaining to my business. He is also representing me in a civil suit with a former employer, and doing a great job. I wou...ld definitely recommend his services.
