Maheen Mizan-Iqbal

Attorney Maheen Mizan-Iqbal is a Bengali-American woman who broke the glass ceiling and has always been dedicated to success. She was Born and raised in Southern California and received her Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California Irvine. After graduating she received her Juris Doctorate from the University of La Verne College of Law.

While studying at the University of California Irvine, Maheen volunteered her time with multiple law firms and gained valuable exposure in various areas of Civil Law. She learned valuable skills from seasoned attorneys and heightened her passion for law.

During her studies in law school, Maheen worked with the Justice and Immigration clinic, advocating for indigent clients and preparing them for their Asylum interviews. She also received training from the Los Angeles Immigration Legal Assistance Project (LACBA). During her training she assisted clients with, Naturalization, Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visas, Family Reunification, DACA, Adjustment of Status and other Immigration matters. These opportunities enriched her knowledge and experience in Immigration law.

Attorney Maheen Mizan-Iqbal is licensed in the State of Florida and practices in the areas of Immigration Law, Business/Corporations Law, Bankruptcy, and General Civil Practice.
