Mr. Lucero is the Founding Member and Managing Attorney of the law firm, Lucero Law, PLLC, in the general practice of law in the areas of Wealth Management, Personal Injury, Trusts/Wills/Estate Planning, Business/Corporate Law, Contract Law, Real Estate Law, Music/Entertainment Artist Management. Mr. Lucero is admitted and licensed to practice law by 5 state Supreme Courts (Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, & Pennsylvania). Additionally, Mr. Lucero is admitted and licensed to practice law by the United States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court, as well as all Federal District Courts in Florida, Indiana, and Northern Illinois.

Mr. Timothy D. Lucero is also a former international touring drummer and recording artist.
Mr. Lucero has appeared on national television on ABC News 20/20, and MSNBC's The Big Idea, as well as E! Online entertainment channel and assisted with the production of a Fox News show formally broadcast nationally on Fox News Channel called "The Property Man."
Mr. Lucero is a former military commissioned officer (achieving field grade officer rank in the United States Army Airborne Infantry, Special Operations, and Civil Affairs). Mr. Lucero also qualified for and held a federal Top Secret Security Clearance until 2002 upon military retirement. Mr. Lucero also served as a General Officer's Aide-de-Camp as a 1st Lieutenant promotable prior to commanding a Brigade Headquarters Company as a Captain. Before he was a Major, he was a Commander, Special Personal Staff Officer and an Executive Officer at 3 different higher levels.
Mr. Lucero is a Master Mason, a Sir Knight of the Knights Templar, a Sir Knight of the Knights of Malta, a Cryptic Mason, and a Royal Arch Mason.
Mr. Lucero is also a Private Pilot Aviator and flys regularly.
