Replied last September 27, 2016Hello, this is Attorney David Jimenez. Thank you ALL, including "Robert" for visiting my profile. I do take pride in all reviews and comments regarding my firm and I. I really do appreciate it and I always strive to improve my services. My only comment or response to Robert's review is as follows: If you don't take the attorney's advise and you don't act on the attorney's recommendations, consequences follow. The purpose of hiring an attorney is to seek guidance and counseling in law. However, if you are taking matters into your own hands, then any power I may have is limited. Remember, an attorney in Florida has two (2) roles. #1 I am your representative. This means I act, speak, and perform on your behalf in the realm of law. #2 I am your counselor. This means I will be telling you the 100% truth...even if you like it and even if you don't like what I am telling you. The "purpose" of an attorney giving advice and recommendations is because we know the law and we know the effects of it. In theory, the first words that people normally say is what they honestly believe. In Robert's review, his first comment was, "Good intentions." I will lead you through your legal needs, but if you don't follow me, then there is very little I can do for you. Again, I appreciate the review and comments.
