I found Patrick Smith to be very knowledgeable about estate planning and describing the difference between wills and trusts. He explained how wills go through probate but trusts do not. He asked before the appointment ended if I had any further questions and let me know that I could call him anytim...e. I received the drafts of my documents sooner than expected and when I contacted the office with questions, my call was promptly returned. Everything was explained to me in detail at my signing appointment and I have had no issues funding my trust or using my documents since.
