I don’t usually take the time to write a review, but when an office like Merideth Nagel Law and Concierge Title went above and beyond in their communication and were attentive to my questions no matter how simple they may be it makes me want to let everyone else know that this is an excellent group o...f professionals. Merideth’s office completed my trust, my living will and provided me solid estate planning. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. I found this group on the internet, and I am glad that I did!

At first, we didn’t want to go over to Clermont, but I am so glad we did…We really don’t have a lot and the service we received with Merideth Nagel’s group made us feel like we were very special. So we just wanted to send a quick message in praise of Merideth Nagel and her team. She closed our cond...o last month and assisted us in purchasing our new home. Joni Story communicated with us, she was on top of everything and answered all of our questions promptly. Joni always had a smile and was quick to respond and get the job done. She deserves the highest praise. With the help of my short sale lawyer, Ms. Yordan, and foreclosure lawyer, Ms. Nagel, I was able to avoid foreclosure and short sale my property. It was a very stressful time, and they were always there to reassure me and take care of what needed to be done. They always responded in a timely manner a...nd addressed any of my concerns. The office staff was always friendly and helpful.

I dealt with Ms. Nagel's firm in the capacity of the Title Company for the closing on the recent purchase of my home in Clermont. However, I can only imagine if she handles her Title Company in this manner, that her Law Firm must be top notch as well. Very soon after signing my sales contract, I wa...s contacted by at least two individuals introducing themselves and telling me that they would be working with me and letting me know about the process and giving me their contact information. I also received a very detailed email outlining the entire process and everything to expect. I have bought a few houses in the past and I never receive anything like this before. It was beautifully laid out and organized. I must say I was impressed. One of the things I found particularly interesting in that email was that they stated the employee's names that would be involved in the process and their respective titles and functions and contact information. It also said that at any time, if necessary, Ms. Nagel, herself, would also be available to answer any questions or address any concerns. For some reason that stuck out to me because I realized she was an attorney and the boss and I figured that at some point during this process I probably would end up calling her because my expectations of customer service and level of competency of individuals was quite low based on so many poor previous experiences. As the weeks passed, I worked with Susan and with Joni and everything seemed to be going smoothly. Everything I needed, they either gave to me before I asked or responded immediately. Before I knew it, it was time for my closing and I had not found the need to reach out to Ms. Nagel. Her staff had done a great job. I had no complaints. What happened? Was I lowering my standards? Then I figured it out. She tells people to call her because she knows no one will ever need to take her up on it. That is how fool proof the process is and amazing her staff is. Its like those money back guarantee things. No one uses them because the products are usually so good! Nothing personal, Ms. Nagel! I would love to speak to you on any given occasion. I'm just glad I didn't need to reach out to you because of something your staff wasn't able to do. You have some great people. It is evident they admire and respect you and they truly love and take pride in what they do. As a professional who has worked in the corporate environment for over 20 + years, I know that doesn't happen by accident. I do want to make special mention about a very special lady you have working for you. I know you already probably know this buy Joni is just simply exceptional and is the perfect combination between the consummate professional and a compassionate human being. On the day of my closing, I happened to not be feeling well and I must say that Joni went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and make sure that I would be able to close in the most comfortable manner possible without making me feel guilty or like she was going out of her way or doing me any favors whatsoever. I really felt like it was her pleasure to help me and serve me that day and like it was just all part of her job. To me, it was so much more! It made me feel welcomed to a city where I knew no one. It restored my faith in customer service and in a world of technology and rushing around and social media where no one has time for anyone, it made me realize there are still people that care. Ms. Nagel, I wish you and your firm continued success and that you may grow in leaps and bounds. I have no doubt that your professionalism will always remain. I only ask you, however, that no matter how many employees you may have and no matter how huge your profits may grow, please never forget to always keep that very important human element in everything you do because that, ultimately, will surely be the secret to sustaining your success. This was my first Short Sale Listing. Thank goodness for the Nagel law team. Those ladies stayed on top of everything! It was comforting to receive frequent updates. Mayraliz, specifically, was so wonderful. Her patience, hard work and sense of humor made this a pleasure, even through all the ch...aos. She always did what she said she was going to do.
