Great work on difficult eviction

Venessa did a great job of handling the eviction of a squatter who moved in to a property I purchased. He moved in between the time I got the property under contract and the closing, and was an adopted family member of the deceased former homeowner. I first called an well-known eviction service in my... area that most investors like me use, who said that under those circumstances they could not handle the eviction, and they referred me to an attorney who said there was only one way to do it, and it was extremely expensive. I was referred to Venessa by my Title company, and she informed me that there was an alternative eviction method that could be used which was less expensive and faster, so I chose to work with her. This honesty and integrity was very much appreciated, I knew nothing about this type of eviction and she could have easily charged me the higher price for the more expensive eviction process. She communicated well with me every step of the way, and even though the squatter filed an appeal everything went quickly, just like she said it would, and the sheriffs were removing the guy in no time. I give Venessa Bornost my highest recommendation and will definitely be using her firm to assist me with any future legal issues.
