Doesn't look like you have an actionable claim for harassment but you should certainly report the communications to your employer.

You needed to have carried the gap insurance not the finance company though if t he car was totaled they should be giving you full value.

If the person was spreading these lies around it would be defamation though your damages may not warrant bringing a claim.
