Can clarify complex and nuanced issues with precision, and in a way that allows a person to make not only informed but also smart decisions. He's also a funny and enjoyable guy to be around...the best... of both worlds. His back-office team of administrators, closing agents, etc. is top notch. Very service oriented and very hardworking. They are thorough, precise and very helpful. I have done many purchases / closings and set up many land trusts (as well as navigating various insurance- and liability-related issues) and feel confident and comfortable in the advice I have received.
