Samantha Lucas Plummer

Samantha “Sam” L. Plummer is a New York native and has been living in Florida for the past 14 years. She attended the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies and a minor in Business. While attending the University of Central Florida, Sam interned in the criminal defense department of state wide criminal defense practice firm where she gained experience drafting motions, reviewing discovery documents and writing research memorandums for the firm. In addition, Sam has real estate transactional experience including researching and reviewing documents for condominium and homeowner association cases. Sam earned her law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law along with a family law certificate focused in civil practice. While attending Levin College of Law, Mrs. Plummer worked as a clerk where she focused on the areas of trusts, guardianship and elder law. She drafted motions, powers of attorney, and health care directives. Sam also served as a Judicial Clerk in Florida’s Eighth Judicial Circuit where she drafted orders and memorandums of law discussing paternity, adoption, child support and registration of foreign judgments.
