Greg David Mueller

Greg D. Mueller, Esq., M.B.A., is a Civil Litigation Attorney at Bernhardt Riley, representing clients in a wide range of complex civil matters. A Florida Bar–certified attorney, he brings a strong blend of courtroom advocacy and strategic legal analysis to his practice.

Originally from Upstate New York and raised in Central Florida, Greg earned his bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and both his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. from Stetson Law. While in law school, he competed on Stetson’s nationally recognized Trial Team, earning multiple awards in national competitions.

Greg began his legal career as a prosecutor, gaining extensive courtroom experience through hearings, negotiations, and trials. He now applies that trial-ready discipline and prosecutorial perspective to civil litigation, focusing on efficient resolution while preparing each case for success in court.

Outside of his legal practice, Greg lives in Tampa with his wife and their Black Labrador, Mixon. He enjoys playing the guitar, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and shooting an exceedingly average round of golf.
