Biography
“Elder Law,” which is my primary area of practice, is a recognized specialty that includes the preparation of estate planning and medical documents, probate and guardianship cases, assisting clients in qualifying for Medicaid, VA and other government benefits, and asset protection. I also handle both residential and commercial real estate matters. The retirement age population makes up a large percentage of my clients, but my practice isn’t restricted to that age group. I have practiced law in this community since 1980. In 1998, I was awarded Certification as a specialist in Elder Law by the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF), and in 2001 I was awarded Board Certification in Elder Law by the Florida Bar.

Estate and Medical Planning Efficiency
