I found Mr. Coulter’s office by using a search on the internet. I was a little nervous about choosing a lawyer this way for such important decisions for my estate and family. I went in for a free consultation and because Mr. Coulter’s knowledge, professionalism, patience and friendliness I hired him ...on the spot. I did not feel rushed at all. All the documents were ready to sign in two days. When I went in to sign the paper work, Mr. Coulter again was the greatest. He was very patient with my last minute questions. His office staff was so friendly as well. I went to an attorney in the past for my mother’s estate planning and that office was no were near the caliber of this one. The other attorney’s office was intimidating, not patient and not too friendly. I can now rest assured that my estate planning is all in order for my family. I had no idea it would be such a smooth and comfortable process.

While I did not meet Mr Coulter in person, I was very happy after speaking with him and Debbie in his office . I live in a different state and had an estate issue regarding my father who recently passed away. Our family had a lot of questions and he answered and explained everything in a way that t...he average lay person can understand. Debbie was very polite and helpful when I called the office and Mr Coulter called me back as promised and at the time promised. He took his time with my call, told me to contact him again if needed and then emailed me information to have on hand regarding the estate. I am not a client of his and this was a courtesy with no cost to me for which I am very appreciative. I am very happy that Mr Coulter was recommended to our family.

My wife's friend lost her husband recently. He was an elderly gentleman and had left no will. Our friend is of European extraction and speaks very limited English, so my wife and I have been assisting her in managing her details. We have a number of questions and concerns and Mr. Coulter has been ver...y generous with his time, speaking to us about her legal rights with regard to property, pension, social security, and how to proceed in securing her future. He has done all of this as a matter of consultation so far. He is courteous and professional, and demonstrates compassion for our friend and for her loss.

His firm misrepresented how he would charge for his services and he attempted to manipulate, intimidate and control us by withholding our personal documents until we paid unitemized fees that he refused to discuss with us.. These fees included time for an initial consultation that we were told would ...be without charge. This individual should not be trusted. I regularly work with attorneys in my professional life and this lawyer appears to be the type of individual who places his own interests above those of his clients.
