Probate Experience

Ms. Bell and her office staff were very professional and extremely helpful in all areas of the probate process. She explained the process and followed-up with the information in writing. The assistant assigned to our case was also very professional, friendly and efficient when information was needed... or clarification requested. My family and I were extremely pleased with the services provided by Ms. Bell and would recommend her services to our family and friends.

Will and Durable Power of Attorney

My experience with Rebecca Bell and staff was excellent. My initial appointment was for a consultation at no charge. My previous out-of-state legal documents needed to be updated and, if I had not met with this law firm, I would not have known that those previous documents did not meet standards of... the State of Florida. I am grateful that my family will have a less complicated time of handling my affairs.
