Go to your local CSE office and have them file an UIFSA Petition. It is free in most states. Good luck.

It depends on whether the warrant is a Capias (civil warrant) or a criminal warrant. Chances are they will not extradite you but you must get a...

It is nearly impossible to sue the State or an agency for Defamation. Just tell them the truth about yourself and make sure they document it.
