Bankruptcy is probably one of the most decisions one has to make. However, a "fresh start" allows a person to move forward in life without the constant hassle of creditors trying to collect upon a debt that, due to circumstances beyond one's control, would cause substantial hardship to repay. Filing for bankruptcy protection may also allow one to save his home, pay a portion of his or her debts over time without the incovenience of having creditors continuously calling him or her.

Represented the Department of Revenue Child Support Enforcement on behalf of custodial parents who needed child support from the other parent. The total cases represent Non-Jury Trials, Contempt for failure to pay child support, and Modifications of Child Support, and a variety of other motions. As a current practice area in and of itself, it represents a small percentage as child support is a part of other domestic litigation cases such as dissolution of marriage
