Biography
Attorney Hali Marsocci handles a variety of wrongful death and personal injury matters at the Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer Law Firm. Hali has a proven track record of handling and litigating cases; and is a fierce, yet compassionate, advocate for her clients.
Ms. Marsocci earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida and her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University in DeLand, Florida.
Prior to joining Lucas, Macyszyn & Dyer, Hali worked in a nationally known law firm where she gained invaluable experience in complex personal injury matters. She is licensed to practice law in Florida and admitted to practice in the Southern and Middle United States District Courts of Florida.
In addition to practicing law, Ms. Marsocci has a passion for supporting women in the legal profession and in the community. She is the founder and co-chair of the National Trial Lawyer’s Women’s Leadership Forum, the 2022 President of the National Trial Lawyer’s Top 40 Under 40, is on the Board of the Florida Justice Association’s Women’s Caucus and currently serves as it’s Secretary, and is a founding member of The League, a coalition of women in the legal industry.
Hali is married to her college sweetheart and is a dedicated mother of two.
