Jason M. Daly was born in New York and raised in the Tampa Bay area. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law where he received the William F. Blews award for his dedication to pro bono work.
Jason gained his interest in the law when he was in a severe car accident that could have left him with a six figure medical debt, but with the assistance of an attorney was able to not only have all medical expenses covered but actually receive compensation. This experience gave him the understanding of how an attorney can help those who are overwhelmed in an unfortunate situation through no fault of their own. He devotes his time to his community and assisting others in many ways including through legal assistance.
Mr. Daly has worked under several attorneys at the Pinellas County Attorney’s office handling legal issues of many varieties including but not limited to issues in employment law, property law, environmental law, and constitutional law. Additionally, Mr. Daly has worked pro bono with low income individuals on their tax issues with the Internal Revenue Service while assisting Gulfcoast legal services and advocated for veterans in need of receiving their benefits from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Daly has also worked for a law firm drafting wills, power of attorney, living wills, contracts, pleadings, discovery requests, and many other legal documents in the civil legal practices. Mr. Daly has assisted many clients with different legal issues and intends on assisting many more in his future practice.
