Ms. Goodall was great. She listened to what I needed and took the time to get to the bottom of things. In a nutshell Shellpoint, my mortgage company at the time, was charging me a fee of almost 10k dollars that I did NOT owe. I continuously got no where fast with them when I attempted to rectify this... on my own. Ms. Goodall came recommended to my by a close friend and she stuck it out with all the correspondence between her and the mortgage company, resulting in them finally admitting they were incorrect and "clearing" my name of this ridiculous debt. It took months to settle but she never threw in the towel. I was so grateful to her because this was affecting other things in my life, and those things got better once this issue was worked out. I could not have done it without her, literally, I had tried.
