Biography
After graduating Law School, I worked for a year in the State Attorney's Office for the Eighth Judicial District of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. After that, I was an associate in a small general practice family firm in Clarion, Pennsylvania, then eight years as a solo practitioner in Spring Hill, Florida, as a general practice attorney, gaining experience in civil litigation up to the appellate level. I have also handled many collections and mortage foreclosures for private individuals and local banking institutions, and was also an approved attorney for the Trust Department in assisting the drafting of trusts, wills and trust related documents for SunTrust Bank. I am additionally experienced in general contract & corporate law, real property, consumer bankruptcy and probate & trust administration. After running my own firm in Spring Hill, Florida, I joined a law firm in Brandon, FL, in October 1997, where I practiced predominately in the areas of will, trust & estate planning, probate and guardianship, real estate and consumer bankruptcy for nine years.

Mark and his staff have had a way of making us feel 100% comfortable that we picked the perfect man for our bankrutcy
I am sure Mark and his staff remember our bankruptcy as we had about 70 accounts a lot of work!! They were on top of things all the way to the end. At one point Mark gave me his personal phone number in case I had any questions or problems that needed to be handled.

Update Living Trust
