Cheryl Powers graduated from Stetson University College of Law, Cum Laude, in May 2001. She began her law career at the Law Offices of Peter Brundy, P.A., where she handled all aspects of personal injury and medical malpractice cases. After gaining experience in the personal injury sector, she became an Assistant State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. At the State Attorney’s Office she prosecuted hundreds of cases. She was promoted to Lead Trial Attorney and remained as such until she opened her own practice in early 2004.
