Absolute waste of money! I was arrested in July 2014 for DUI with Serious Bodily Injury. I made mistake of hiring Ms. Powers as my counsel. In the beginning, meaning - prior to recieiving payment from me, Ms. Powers level of enthusiasm in taking my case and putting my best interest first was everyt...hing I sought after in an attorney. Then i made my $7,500 payment to her. Everything changed. I ended up getting a 56 month prison sentence followed by three years probation. This was my first DUI. I found out later that vast majority of people with same charge receive no more than two years prison. Most receiving only probation. Bottom line, please do not waste your money or trust with this person. I'm believer in karma. Gonna pray for you Cheryl.
