I am submitting this review to document serious concerns regarding the professionalism and conduct of attorney Michael Tinori and his office. Throughout my experience, communication has been consistently inadequate. Multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered, with little to no follow-up prov...ided. When responses are received, they lack clarity and fail to address key concerns about the case. There has been a noticeable absence of case strategy, preparation, or meaningful guidance. Meetings are infrequent and do not provide substantive updates or direction. Being advised that matters will simply be handled on the day of trial, without prior preparation or communication, raises significant concerns regarding diligence and representation. Additionally, interactions with office staff Specifically Casey Lewis have been unprofessional, condensing & dismissive. Instead of facilitating communication, these interactions have created further frustration and uncertainty. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this firm. Clients seeking responsive, prepared, and professional legal representation should strongly consider other options.
