Biography
Attorney Michael Conageski is a skilled criminal defense attorney serving Brooksville and all of Hernando County, Florida. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech University and NOVA Southeastern School of Law. After law school, Michael went on to work for the Fifth Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where he was assigned to the Hernando County office. He spent seven years handling misdemeanor and felony cases as a prosecutor. From there, he decided to switch to the other side of the courtroom and join a criminal defense firm. Today, he is the founder of his own private practice, Conageski Law, where he represents Floridians in a wide range of criminal cases.

Do not hire this lawyer
Very unprofessional, mostly works for the public defenders office as a conflict counsel. Turns and burns cases, since public defenders office does not pay much. He has a criminal record (DUI), and has an inappropriate relationship with his paralegal Brandi Anderson.
