David Michael Vitola

The Judge said no probation facing 5 years mandatory with 68 points and a violent charge fresh out of prison. Hired Vitola and Card and by my next court date I was granted 18 months in and 3 years out had to go to c.f.r.c. prison for just a couple of months (signed that with both hands). Truly Blesse...d. Then violated in my first month out with a new charge hired Vitola and Card again, guess what reinstated after 42 days. This is unheard of for me. David and Lindsay really showed their rank in the courtroom. This time the judge said if you come back in my courtroom no amount of legal counsel will get you out of me sending you back to prison, that showed me I hired the best and believe me I've hired them all. Now I'm working my case plan to reunite with my son that I would have lost to the state without David and Lindsay, Thank You again.
