The people he hires are incompetent. After selling our home in April we never closed until the end of June because we had to keep pushing the closing back. After finally signing closing papers on June 30th I was told the check would be available the next day. Here it is a week later and we're still w...aiting to see any money. I have called many times in the last week trying to get an answer I leave messages never get any call backs. On the rare occasion that I do get a hold of somebody all I get is she still working on the figures. I have been told twice that the checks would be ready the next morning and still nothing. It's getting to the point that I need to hire another lawyer in order to get my funds.
