I paid this lawyer in 5/2017 to handle a old credit card account of mine was advised it should be a simple case. I called two different occasions to obtain satisfaction of case never was called back. Come to find out in 10/2018 case is still open he hasn't done anything since 7/2017 and now I am bein...g told by him that I will probably loss I just need to pay it. He was rude, arrogant on the phone and when I told him I wanted explanation as to why I wasn't kept informed he handed off call to someone else and said he didn't have time to follow up that was my job. What a joke of an attorney.

This Attorney helped me in the most difficult times in my life. I needed a divorce and bankruptcy done. He fought for me all the way until the end and ultimately I was granted what I was seeking. Very professional, personable, and empathetic to my situation, he was willing to work around my busy sche...dule and allowed payment plans. (Which is almost unheard of now for lawyers to do so). I would recommend Mr. Steel to anyone that needs someone to fight for them. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.

This man dragged his feet for over a year on my Bankruptcy and bad things began to happen as a result of his incompetence, He is arrogant, uncaring, and extremely RUDE! If I would have hired someone else I would have been done by now. He never calls, and when he returns calls they are at his convenie...nce. This man knows I start work at 7AM and calls me at 6:58 AM and then states in writing that he went out of his way to call me early but I couldn't talk to him. This is just an example of how his lack of common sense is abrasive. He acts as if the Trustees are stupid and do not understand people's problems. he will tell what he says is everything he needs to file the case and then he will delay and insist he needs more documentation, by the time you can get it to him, he then tells you, "your paperwork is expired and you need to redo everything. What am I paying him for?
