Biography
I have been fighting for accident victim justice since 1976. When someone asked me how I best describe my job, I answered, "civil law enforcement." My objectives are to fight and to ensure that wrongdoers and insurance companies follow the state and federal laws governing victims' rights.
You see, I have this old-fashioned belief that everyone in America should follow the rules, including big, powerful insurance companies. When they don't follow the rules, I take whatever legal steps are necessary to make them follow the rules, which includes paying bills that they owe for disability benefits, medical expenses, towing and storage, funeral and burial, auto repair and body shop work, and any other bills for those who provide necessary services to my clients.
Civil law enforcement is a job I take very seriously, and I work aggressively to enforce the laws governing accident victims' legal rights.
